You’ll likely need an 8GB drive, with the bootable USB occupying about 4.3GiB for the full installation, though this may vary slightly for later updates.
Really? I thought my 4GB drive was still there and Windows was just updated a couple of years back.
I maintain a backup of the Windows 10 installer, refreshing it once I confirm the update works well on my device.
