I'm still figuring out if 4900x will catch up but anyone got an idea? Will AMD beat Intel in next-gen gaming? I intend to stick with my gaming build for about six years. The price won't be an issue, so don't mention Ryzen being cheaper. What do you think about the upcoming generation? My GPU is going to be a ROG Strix 3080.

Absolutely. I typically update my setup whenever a new game releases, though it doesn’t often occur. Trailers usually can’t fully capture the depth of an RPG with narrative focus.
