I was checking them but there are many reports about stolen or used keys being sold from them (about 10-20% complaints). There are also some cases where no after-sales service is offered because they aren't official resellers. So while technically it might be legal, it feels like buying from a flea market—you end up with little protection if the game developers cancel the code you purchased for any reason.
