Can't recommend it myself. It feels more like a game for quick sessions rather than deep play, and it seems to lack substance compared to what you pay for. I've heard positive reviews about the homeworld remaster (more in strategy games), as well as Last Federation, which offers a different experience but is enjoyable. Generally, space-themed RPGs are hard to find. You might want to give Wing Commanders a try if you like older titles, or check out the new Descent remake that's in development.
