It was disabled because the CPU's turbo mode is active by default. You should reactivate it.
It ran smoothly on auto, but the last 15 minutes were the worst. I switched on CPB and boosted my memory speed to 3400mhz (the default was 3200). It still didn’t post. I got really stressed until it finally worked, but it was shaky. After that, I restarted my PC and adjusted the BIOS settings, setting CPB back to auto.
