You currently have 16GB of 4GB RAM with a Ryzen 5 2600X and an RTX 2060. Consider upgrading to 32GB of 4GB RAM if your system needs more memory for performance. Let me know if you need details on other components.

Do you encounter memory problems? (Are you using all 16GB?) If not, then it's no issue. Avoid upgrading unless necessary; invest in a complete system refresh later.

I don't feel it's essential at the moment, even though I've considered it. It might be wise to invest in an M.2 if you haven't already.

I'm not your uncle or brother, but they need RAM too. They have 8GB each, and I’m ready to help by giving them my RAM. I’m thinking about getting more to save money and avoid upgrading later.

Your setup with 64GB and 16GB delivers identical performance for regular tasks and games.

It depends on your setup. 32 works well with 30+ tabs running in the background and a few games active. Upgrading is recommended if you're using a lot of RAM for donations.

Relies heavily on your system configuration. If you notice memory issues while using your PC, consider upgrading to 32GB. No, proceed only if you truly require it. Black Friday often offers strong discounts—you can usually find 32GB RAM for around $75US on eBay, sometimes even less if you're patient with auctions. Avoid purchasing 32GB solely because you anticipate needing more later; that’s inefficient spending. Do they genuinely need the additional memory, or are you assuming it’s necessary just because your current setup lacks 16GB?
