Run galliumOS built for Ubuntu but includes full ChromeOS compatibility. It lacks two-finger forward/back gestures, though other controls function well. I’m using it as my primary operating system on my C720.

Hello. This guide proved extremely useful. It helped transform my old Dell laptop into a fully functional Chromebook in roughly 30 minutes. However, please note that it may completely erase your partitions on the hard drive. If you proceed, make sure you’re familiar with managing partitions.
