You can obtain the ISO from anywhere, just upgrade from version 7 or 8—this process is quite straightforward.

I could install Windows 7 using a USB drive and then transfer it to another computer, right? Then I could update from there?

Get the Windows 7 ISO and burn it onto a USB drive using Rufus. Once installed on your desktop, ensure the PC has internet access. You won’t need to install additional drivers. After Windows 7 is running, upgrade to Windows 10 through the built-in settings. When the upgrade completes, perform a clean installation—remember to activate Windows 7 before proceeding.
