I plan to assemble this build. If it doesn’t match perfectly, I’ll adjust closely. The processor is an Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 at 3.4GHz with a quad-core chip ($242.99). The cooler is a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM ($24.99). The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-H97M-HD3 Micro ATX LGA1150 ($76.98). Memory includes Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR3-1333 ($42.49). Storage features a Samsung 850 EVO-Series 120GB SSD ($70.49). The drive is a Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB ($50.89). The graphics card is an MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB ($329.98). The case is a Fractal Design Core 2500 ATX mid tower ($46.99). The power supply is a SeaSonic S12G 650W ATX ($95.98). I prefer Windows 7 and am not sure about Windows 10. There seems to be no option to skip the purchase. This looks quite costly.
Based on my experience, I've enjoyed using Windows 8.1 the most.
