Usually I prefer Bazzite even though I'm not a huge fan of KDE. I'm unsure what switching to Fedora would mean for everyday users. (I can adjust my desktop environment if needed.) What bothers me is that the system stays immutable, but it's consistent across SteamOS too. I installed Bazzite before SteamOS was officially launched, and this made me think about changing: one day CS2 players disappeared and I couldn't access VAC secure games. After updating Mesa, using a launch option, and reinstalling the game, switching to OpenGL instead of Vulkan fixed the invisibility problem. Still, I can't log into VAC secure games. My goal here isn't to fix this issue, but I'd be happy to hear your thoughts. Would changing distros help resolve these game-related problems? Thanks in advance.
