You're looking for a PC suited for exploring various interests like game development, Linux, cybersecurity, virtual machines, programming, and more. Since you're not planning heavy gaming or video editing, a CPU with built-in graphics should suffice. The recommended options are the i7-10700K, i9-10900K, and i9-10850K. Feel free to ask for more details on any of these models if needed. Thank you for reaching out!

I wouldn't choose AMD because you need a built-in GPU. For light game development, an i5 or even a 9 should suffice. Sticking to that budget makes sense—cutting costs can help meet your requirements.

Finding a CPU without specific needs or budget limits is tricky. Any of these processors should work well, mainly based on your spending power. I’d also consider AMD GPUs with a "G" in their name, like the 4700G, since they often include an integrated GPU. It’s worth mentioning that some recent 2D games use hardware acceleration and run on 3D engines—such as "Ori and the Blind Forest," a 2D platformer that leverages visual effects and subtle 3D features.
