No issue with Wi-Fi 6 devices, and I doubt any will arrive soon. My walls are solid but filled with debris—essentially adobe. I’m not sure if that’s a problem.

Which stores are available to you? Online options like Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and Ubiquiti are options. For limited spaces and cost savings, the Ubiquiti airCube AC is a reliable, straightforward wireless router. Walls constructed from materials other than wood or drywall can hinder performance, so place it centrally and add more access points later to eliminate coverage gaps. Tenda is a well-known affordable brand in Europe and Asia, while Xiaomi is also popular there, though its performance for budget builds is often discussed among forum members. I haven’t tried any of these brands myself, so I’m looking for advice from others who have used them.

None of these stores are available nearby. I’ll check Xiaomi routers instead. Do you think external antennas on routers perform better than those with built-in ones? I’d say yes.

The majority tend to agree, but actual evaluations in real situations provide a more accurate picture.
