Consider both processors and note they’re similar in price. With your RX 470 GPU, the 1800X or 3600 will work well. Your 4GB RAM should pair nicely either way. Choose based on performance needs or budget.

3600, however, I recommend opting for 5600 instead since it's quite affordable at the moment.
