You need a balanced processor for streaming, gaming, and productivity. Choose a mid-range chipset with strong performance and good multitasking capabilities.

If you have the means, why not go for the 5800x or the 12600k?

When streaming, the additional cores can assist with running side programs. However, I don’t expect the CPU to manage encoding well since GPU encoding offers better performance and less strain. Still, some tasks must run in the background while streaming, and the extra cores from the 5800x will be beneficial. You might manage fine with the 5600x, but it wouldn’t be ideal.

5600x. The 5800x looks good, but it might be more than what you require, particularly if you're just getting started with creation.
