Well, it seems like we're having a chat, but you're likely right.

Wow, WoW is still really enjoyable, even after all these years. It hasn't been as tough as it used to be when it was first released, but it remains a fun experience. I've played it for about six and a half years. I'm planning to resubmit at the end of this month to check out the new expansion, since the last three updates felt a bit short.

There's rs3 which rs2 evolved into with the "Evolution of Combat". There's also old school runescape that has the 2007 graphics! For old school you restart. All your stats are level 1 again and have to rebuild. Any progress you had is on rs3. Definitely worth it. Oldschool is full of nostalgic people! I love oldschool personally. It's hard because everyone is so focused on the grind that the community sucks. people complain a lot over on reddit and stuff like that. But definitely worth it

It's tough to believe the panda group is taken seriously.

It's actually true. That brings back memories of the arcade game featuring that panda character. I played it and achieved the highest score ever. Wow, 500 tickets in just one game!

I've been playing Runescape for years (and even had a Comp cape)... Don't waste time—they messed up the game with microtransactions and bad design choices. I left and never looked back.

I believe I’d return if the game gets updated to modern MMORPGs with first-person or over-the-shoulder views. You could control it using "wasd" and your mouse, and manage weapons and abilities with left click right click, skill binds, 1-0, and Ctrl+Alt+.

I’ve seen it through since 2005. It’s no longer worth your effort. The community has changed a lot, and the people aren’t what they used to be. Sure, there’s OSRS if you’re after that old-school vibe, but it’s not the same. Better to keep away.

That’s precisely what we need to avoid—otherwise the game wouldn’t be Runescape anymore.
