Plan your AMD build carefully. The 3900X and 10700K are solid choices, but check their availability. For the GPU, the 5700X or 2070 Super are popular options—consider what you need for games and multitasking. You might want to decide now whether to get the GPU first or wait for a better CPU.

It's likely processors will be revealed soon. Both options perform well; choosing a Ryzen 5 3600 can help save costs for a dedicated gaming PC. Rumors suggest new GPUs are on the horizon, so keep an eye on tech news this week—HWUnboxed and Gamers Nexus will cover the latest releases.

If you don't require a PC at the moment, it's best to hold off. New CPUs and GPUs are arriving soon. Either these upgrades will be great, saving you money, or older components might drop in price. Your choice should match your intended use and financial limits. We can't determine the optimal option until the new models release. What you plan to do matters—gaming, creative work, streaming, video editing, photo editing, etc.—and that will guide the decision. If you're patient, wait and check reviews before deciding. Otherwise, we need clarity on your budget and goals.

Consider the updates before deciding. The 3900x suits handling heavy tasks, while the 3900xt is ideal for pure gaming. The 9900k offers similar performance at a lower price. Let me know your preferred titles—budget options include the 5700xt; for high FPS, go with 2070 Super or 3rd gen models.

Do you handle tasks like workloads and content creation? Yes, and I’ll place orders promptly when prices drop, as they fluctuate often.

the 10700k priced at 409.99 and the 3900x at 439.99 seem fairly comparable today on newegg.com. the 10700k generally provides a performance edge of around 5-10% in frame rates across most games, while the 3900x excels in multi-tasking scenarios like streaming or video editing—possibly about 20% faster in those situations. amd supports Gen 4 PCIe, but many users don’t fully leverage its benefits due to PCIe Gen 3 limitations. for new hardware, nvidia is expected to launch models soon, starting with higher-end options such as the 2080ti and 2080, followed by mid-range cards later. similarly, amd’s cpu lineup will likely follow a similar pattern—high-end first, then lower and mid-tier models. keep in mind that new parts are always on the horizon. by this time, intel should also release updated cpus and possibly gpus.

I didn't engage in any tasks or produce content. I noticed a PSU and assumed it was a solid offer?

I already ordered a few things for a new pc like a case, a noctua cooler, and a 500gb nvme, and I wanted to order ram and a psu just to have it ready for when the new hardware comes out and cause I also heard of the low stock of psu but I am not sure if the psu I am interested in is a good deal? And should I return and of the things I have already ordered to maybe wait if better hardware were to release? nvme - https://www.bestbuy.com/site/wd-wd_black...lsrc=aw.ds psu - https://www.amazon.com/Seasonic-Semi-Mod...=1-75&th=1
