The PSU isn't the best choice. You might still be able to overclock the GPU because you're not overclocking the CPU. The PSU claims 550W, but it actually provides only 504W of power on the +12V rail that feeds your main parts. However, your system won't draw much—likely around 300W at most.

Depends on the specific 550W PSU and your overall system details. My PSU is NE550M, paired with an i5 8500 and 7200rpm 1TB HDD and a 128GB SSD.
