to charge your gadgets via your pc, keep the asus usb charger plugged in. also retain the atk package; otherwise other asus programs won't function. essentials to have: asus smart gesture (for touchpad), atk package, plus asus usb charger for extra charging. you can skip the asus giftbox desktop and asus hi post if needed. edited december 4, 2015 by yongtjunkit

It's not advisable to delete the ATK package and ASUS Smart Gesture since the latter ensures compatibility with other ASUS applications. Edited December 4, 2015 by Yongtjunkit

I should have considered it a laptop, indeed those items need to be stored properly.
