You're considering a switch from your current x370 board. It's aging and no longer works with newer CPUs, and it lacks ARGB support which is becoming standard. I've been searching for a suitable replacement that fits your requirements. You're looking for an ASUS board—preferably Aura Sync models—with at least two ARGB headers, decent power delivery, ATX form factor, and a BIOS flashback button. You want something reasonably priced, with good VRM performance, and ideally the Strix X570-F or Tuf X570-PLUS options are on your radar. The Tuf model is attractive but has only one ARGB header, while the Strix looks appealing but isn't quite to your liking. The B550 boards are also an option but come with some chipset limitations.
