A value of 64 is needed. The 32 GB choice isn't ideal since it only accommodates 4GB of memory.

32 bits means you're using very little memory. 64 bits will work just fine for you.

I work smoothly on all platforms I support, and with your system's 4GB+ RAM, you definitely have the capacity for a 64-bit version.

64-bit systems are now the norm, while 32-bit is mostly reserved for outdated and weak machines. 32-bit can only handle around 3.2 GB of memory, whereas 64-bit offers much more flexibility. I own a Q6700 and a 550TI with W10 64-bit, and everything runs smoothly. If you're finding Windows 10 too heavy, consider trying Windows 7 or 8.1 instead.
