Choosing between "Squad" and "Elite: Dangerous Horizons" comes down to personal preference. If you're looking for a more casual or social experience, "Squad" might suit you better. For a deeper exploration of the universe, "Elite: Dangerous Horizons" could be the way to go. What matters most is what you enjoy most! Happy holidays!

The squad isn't complete yet. I'm thinking Elite Dangerous. Should I give you the whole experience or focus on a game that's still being developed?

ED isn't complete, particularly not Horizons. If you trust your spending choices, ED is the final game you should avoid. The team relied on crowd funding to launch a rough version and then misled them by selling it for $45, which is still quite flawed and lacking in substance.
