The ShadowPlay option works well for recording, but Vegas Pro 13 offers better performance. It can capture gameplay without issues, unlike ShadowPlay which has some reported performance drops.

Shadowplay, you cannot use Vegas for recording because YouTube allows up to 60fps and exporting at 60fps.
