My setup includes a corsair carbide air 240 case, i7 7700k, 100i v2 liquid cooler, 16gb vengeance, 3000mhz ram, wd blue 7200 1 tb, matx asus rog z270, gtx 1070 dual gpu. I plan to overclock and need a suitable power supply.

to find a reliable PSU that is as close to Tier 1 as possible and one that has
at least 650W
at the system's disposal.
You didn't mention your budget and where you plan to purchase from...?
