I have a Ryzen 5 1600 that I've overclocked to 3.9 GHz at 1.20 volts, with a stable temperature of 51°C during load. I've been testing it for two weeks and haven't noticed any significant changes. I mainly use my PC for gaming, so I'm curious if pushing it to 4.1 GHz would make a difference.

I believe there won't be any noticeable change.
Your voltage settings are quite effective.
Above 4ghz requires significantly higher V and intense heat.

Would experiencing similar overclocking speeds as yours make a noticeable change for you? If yes, please feel free to exchange your details or approach.

Mine is r7 1700, 3.8g 1.325v, not stable on 1.3 after the bios update. Room temp around 30c, stock load at 65c, OC temp near 77c. Gtx970 works mostly at 100%, same for Gtx1070. Performance is above stock, but I don’t feel any improvement. Cinebench score about 1700 on a 14xx system. CPU usage stays between 10% and 40% during gaming or lower.
