The 30 series Nvidia cards are more budget-friendly compared to the 40 series, though I also suggest looking into AMD options. You can find an RX 7700xt for a lower price than an Nvidia 3070. Another cost-effective choice is the RX 6750XT, which you might be able to acquire at little cost in return for your 3060.
