I agree as well, but theres the caveat that you can not guarantee that the particular card that you end up with will OC to that level. The way that i look at it is that its pretty well priced out of the box, and as a bonus, if you like tweaking your hardware, you can hopefully get even more out of it. I can't sell it as a guarantee because it isn't, theres always the silicon lottery. That said, the 7800 XT is also a fine option.
