Really they are all quite compelling and there's no real downside to any of them, except the 10850k will need much more robust cooling and a better motherboard. Since you're near a Microcenter (i hate you btw) I would go with the discounted Intel chips over the Ryzen 5000. The standout here is still the i5-10600k for under $200. It's better in every conceivable way than the Ryzen 5 3500x, except for PCIE4 support. You'll need a new motherboard anyway, they are LGA1200. I recommend a B560 if you get a locked chip, or a lower end Z490 if you get the i5-10600k/i7-10700k.
