Your laptop already has a decent setup with a 6200U processor, 8GB RAM, and a fast SSD. Adding more RAM might not be necessary unless you frequently run memory-intensive applications or multitask heavily. The upgrade could help improve performance slightly, but the benefits may be limited unless you use it for demanding tasks.

At that stage, 4GB doesn't offer much value. Moving up from 8GB to 12GB would be a good upgrade, but increasing to 16GB provides only a small improvement.
