Sure, this should be sufficient. Let me know if you need anything else!

Yep, exactly what I expected happened. First, swap the PSU for something that won’t fail under pressure. The code generation isn’t great, but it’s better than risking a crash. The rating looks decent, though with 16A at +12V or 192W you’re still far from ideal. Voltage readings are uncertain. BUT: the total power usage could reach around 371W – that’s peak capacity, so it’s not reliable. You’ll need to upgrade the PSU, CPU, and graphics card. Where are you located? A Phenom II X4 works well as a starting point. For the PSU, consider a new model like Pure Power 10 (400W) or System Power 9 if you’re in Europe. If budget allows, Cooler Master Master Watt is also acceptable. The graphics card should be updated to a more recent model for better performance.

For a 270x or 280x R9, the power supply should provide around 1000 to 1200 watts.

The inquiry focuses on available options rather than power ratings. Quality matters more than wattage. What models exist in your area? Where do you reside? Please share a link to a store if possible. If you're in Europe, a 400W system like Power 9 offers solid value, while the Pure Power 10 provides similar capacity at a higher price. Avoid purchasing used PSUs—prices for refurbished parts are usually too steep compared to long-term savings.
