I allocated my $270 budget for PC upgrades and considered your GTX 1070.
Playing games feels unstable without consistent FPS. In Fortnite I usually see around 90 frames per second, but it drops and prevents me from playing. I’d love to enjoy Cyberpunk at medium or high settings.
I own a system with 1070 8 GB RAM, an Intel Core i5-6500 processor at 3.20GHz, 3192 MHz, 4 cores, and 4 logical processors, paired with a Lenovo Sky Bay motherboard. I purchased this setup for $100 from a friend who didn’t need it much, intending to upgrade later.

You should consider upgrading to a more powerful GPU model that matches your current hardware and future needs.
You're using integrated graphics now, correct? If that's the case, a budget GPU would definitely be a big improvement over what you have today. Perhaps something like an RX 9060 XT with 8GB of memory. But if you already have a dedicated graphics card, just let me know.
