I understand, the RGB header is missing, but I plan to use a third-party RGB controller later. I added a Corsair 120mm in the back, but I’ll give it to my brother and use an Arctic P12 instead.
Since everything is working fine there's no need to update, unless you really want to. Compatibility is probably for hardware released after the board, like RAM or CPU. No need to worry about this. While security could help, it often isn't anything crazy. It's not something to worry about if you have a backup of everything important (which you should have anyway)
I'm just using my PC mainly for anime and gaming, not anything serious. I store most important files on Google Drive or an external HDD. Your question is helpful, though—I don't think it's that big of a deal. BIOS 3402 is lower than the current version, but I'm not sure. Someone mentioned that updating BIOS regularly helps because ROM chips and BIOS Guard can become outdated, and newer updates support older hardware. If you haven't upgraded in a while, your system might be running on very basic performance.
