Sticking to 3600 should give you better results without unnecessary strain. The choice of four 8GB sticks instead of two 16GB sticks shouldn't significantly impact speed. I own the TUF recently purchased for $210 at MC, while the ROG model is likely available on eBay for around $160. I’m avoiding ASRock because of past issues with Steel Legend, though I’m open to Gigabyte or MSI. I’ve previously built with Asus and value their dependability.
You've already purchased the TUF Pro and are satisfied with it. The board performs well with AM4 CPUs and handles them smoothly. Just remember that you might need to upgrade the BIOS to support the AGESA code for Zen 3 CPUs—such as with a 5600X processor. If your board was made before Zen 3, it includes BIOS flashback capabilities, allowing updates without installing a new CPU if required.
Running 4x8 that high is pretty tough. Maybe look at some dual rank B=Die if that's what you want.. In the end its up to the CPU.. Funnily enough my old 3600XT handled 4 sticks better than my 5600X does. B550-F may have a better memory topology then the X570. There is a fresh line of X570 that looks very interesting..
