Last weekend I upgraded the AORUS Elite AX with a 5600, it performed well and everything worked smoothly. The setup was straightforward and there were no problems with multiple RAM sticks or an NVMe drive included. It’s perfect for my always-on Plex server, giving me confidence in its reliability. I also own a B650 AORUS Pro AX for my 7700X and appreciate its design and overall functionality. Definitely a solid choice in the Elite lineup.

I didn’t consider the limited funds, but I’m open to spending about 250 USD total. That covers roughly 84 USD for a used Ryzen 5 3600, 57 USD for RAM, one of the boards you mentioned, and possibly extra storage.
