Hi, consider your needs carefully. Since Ryzen CPUs are readily available in India and you mainly use the PC for gaming and coding, it depends on your priorities. If performance matters most, Intel i7 10700K might suit you better. However, if you prefer a balanced option with good value and future-proofing, AMD Ryzen could be a solid choice. For the Ryzen model, either the 7th Gen 3700X or 5800X offers strong performance; choose based on your budget and specific requirements.

Yea, go for Ryzen if you can afford it. The 5800X tends to be the quicker option among those three for most purposes, though the 3700X offers better value.

The 5800x is generally manageable most of the time, likely because among the options 5600x, 5800x, 5900x, and 5950x, the 5800x is the least expensive. 3700x might be a stretch, but a 10700k could be worth considering once the 11700k comes out.

Steve examined the 11,700 this morning and noticed it's worse in some situations compared to the 10,700. I don't think acquiring a 10,700 will be any simpler after the 11,700. The 11,700 seems to be a positive.

Intel products are only useful when they're easy to obtain and affordable.
