Additionally, for @rippy4500, the value seems uncertain. It appears RPL-Refresh is essentially RPL enhanced by 200MHz and slightly increased power allocation.

I don't believe it will hit stable at 6.3ghz on anything other than the 14900ks. I think it's better to hold off and see what next-gen Ryzen X3D offers—especially if they improve overclocking—or go with 15th/16th gen Intel, which could make a much bigger impact than moving up to 14th generation.
