Buying a bent, "untested" motherboard that is missing a heatsink and hoping that it actually works isn't a good idea. I wouldn't spend money on that board if you need something that works. Also, I can't tell for sure, but it looks like some of the pins in the socket might be bent. I wouldn't buy it.

I'm not sure if this would assist you, but I own a full SFF Lenovo ThinkCentre M71E unit that's sitting idle. Would this board fit your needs? At the very least, it could act as a makeshift machine while you resolve your issue. From what I found online, it appears to be an LGA1155 socket with Intel chips and the listed part matches its appearance. The board I have now has either a Core i3 or i5 processor. I thought about upgrading to a stronger i5 or i7, but I also know Lenovo/IBM usually have proprietary components. I haven't touched it in roughly four years, though I used to run Ubuntu there. I'm located in Central Virginia between Charlottesville and Richmond—if you're nearby, I can bring it over. Edited April 23, 2022 by An0maly_76 Updated, more details

As mentioned before, when you need a solution, avoid purchasing something unproven or incomplete—especially if it looks damaged or has issues. Opt for a fresh or used item that’s reliable and well-maintained.
