I didn’t mean it doesn’t impact your performance, but I said you should win more. Being an MVP doesn’t guarantee anything for me—I think it might just be that bomb plants or defuses keep coming up again. Maybe I’m being too high-maintenance, but the truth is, if you’re not getting any rewards, you’re probably frustrated instead of complaining. You should learn how the game works and get better in a simple way.
You're right here and I'm listening I don't care about the noise I'm just pointing out how terrible the ranking system really is.
@ JorenBus you're playing against players ranked in Silver, but it's unclear what you're aiming for. "And I've been competing against Silver 4's and Silver Elite's, while I'm just Silver 3." You seem to think the skill gap between Silver 3 and Silver Elite is over 2000 hours. Take a moment before jumping onto the complaint train. I'm not familiar with a game that has such a broad rank system for direct matches between exactly the same ranks—everyone plays Silver, everyone plays Silver 2, etc. Are you confused about this? You usually only get Gold players in pre-made lobbies against Silvers.
It wasn't very clear from your message. I understand you want to know how many additional wins are needed to improve your ranking.
Everyone often criticizes someone about their rank, but it's usually not about cheating. The way rankings are set involves many factors beyond just winning games or being MVP.
If it is really bad, then why continue to play? Show your outrage by not playing it. I don't play it either, and if I did, I wouldn't be playing it to be ranked but to have fun.
