I don’t think the cables should be placed here. It looks like you’re struggling to fit everything in your compact MicroATX case. The PSU dimensions don’t match the available space, and you’re having issues getting it in at all.

Yes, you can pass cables through the PSU compartment. The PSU is already well shielded, so you won't face interference. Just avoid pinching the cables or placing them against sharp edges (this applies to all cables, not only in the PSU area). Have a great day!
