I had to swap out my motherboard since the Asus one stopped working. I’m now using an MSI board. Errors keep appearing when I power on my PC. I considered clearing the C drive and reinstalling Windows, but I have a RAID setup made with AMD RAID Expert. Will reinstalling Windows affect the RAID? Also, should I upgrade to Windows 11 and then erase the drive before installing from scratch?

No, reinstalling windows should not break the raid unless there is some huge bug somewhere in AMD software. Keep in mind raid 1 only protect against failure/destruction of a hard drive and not other things like software bugs, hacks or user mistakes and thus it's important to have external backups of your data. I don't see any reason why you would first upgrade to windows 11 if you plan to wipe the drive and reinstall windows anyway. But what are those errors you encounter at boot ? There is maybe a way to fix them without reinstalling your system.
