Performance is worse on the console. Navigate to Nvidia control panel, select the game, and enable adaptive half sync for VSync. Thanks, now you have a significantly improved 30 FPS version and the ability to boost graphics settings. Likely the best option is to play it or Farcry 4 and really enhance graphics. Otherwise, stuttering will occur and the CPU is likely the issue. Both titles perform poorly at the unlocked 60 FPS. Far Cry 4? Modify the XML file and turn off mip mapping, which improves popping and lower textures while maintaining 60 FPS, though it won’t match the console version. These consoles are so underpowered that even the best optimization can’t compete with your PC.

I understand. But I'm not keen on copying it either. Ubi will see this as positive feedback, similar to what was discussed at a previous WAN-show. Probably I'll just have to wait until things are sorted out.
