Consider playing CS:GO.
Hello! You're new to PC shooters—CS:GO can be a great choice to begin. Let me know if you'd like more details.
It's certainly challenging when compared to other PC shooters, yet it's quite enjoyable. That's my take.
It's tough because it pushes you to excel, unlike games where anyone can easily win. Mastering control over recoil is the biggest challenge, but once you adapt, you're unstoppable. The Ak becomes formidable, and if you can harness its power, you can handle almost anything—except Negav.
A solid choice for beginners? CS:GO boasts one of the steepest learning curves among shooters, similar to Arma. If you're looking for a fast-paced game to start with, consider Battlefield or CoD. Despite their flaws, they’re at least top-tier FPS experiences. CS:GO offers deep meta mechanics and intense competition—making it ideal once you’ve mastered the basics. I used to play COD before diving into PC gaming; it helped me pick up skills quickly. Watch a few tutorials, jump in, and aim for Nova Elite right away. Skipping the lower tiers is key. Thanks for the insight! My friends who started CS:GO early ended up climbing fast, but only when they teamed up with experienced players and used the right tools. It was tough during their silver phase—playing against some of the worst in the scene made it even harder. Sales always bring trouble, and you’ll quickly run into cheaters and exploits. It’s a great game, but not the easiest to start with.
It's quite challenging to master well. To reach above average you need consistent daily practice. This isn't a good first choice for FPS games. I can't even play the CS series anymore because I don't have time left (I stopped around five years ago when CS 1.6 and CS:S were nearly equally popular).
Guns blazing! (Code geeks don't care!) (JK and Code fans are fine too)
