A bit of advice: Unless you're really, really sick of it, I wouldn't sell the PS4 yet. I say this as someone who has sold some consoles in the past and have regretted it dearly. Those pesky exclusives. I think a good idea for you would be to create a list of parts (or a wish list in Amazon) and see what can you add or toss away with time, seeing how prices fluctuate all the time. Pull the trigger when something goes down in price.

I'll wait for AMD Zen and Intel Kaby Lake releases, then compare their performance and value. They're expected in the first half of 2017.

I have several favorites on the PlayStation lineup, including The Last of Us and Bloodborne. I'm also excited about the upcoming release of Yooka-Laylee, which looks like a great classic.
