You can remove the "Windows.old" folder from your C drive without any issues. Just delete it if you wish.
It's a backup created during the upgrade, so double-check you haven't missed anything. Choose one of the three options listed. You can right-click and remove it, which will prompt for admin rights. Files -> My Computer -> Right-click "C:" -> Properties -> Disk Cleanup -> Cleanup System Files -> Check previous Windows installations -> OK Settings -> System -> Storage -> Settings-> Adjust your cleanup method -> Check previous versions of Windows -> Clean Now
