Hello everyone, I'm looking to upgrade my Lenovo IdeaPad 530s (AMD Ryzen 3 with Vega graphics). I need to know the highest possible improvements I can make. Current specs are: CPU - AMD Ryzen 3 2200U, GPU - AMD Radeon Vega Mobile Graphics, RAM - 4 GB (two slots, one empty), Storage - 124 GB SSD (based on YouTube info), and SATA/M.2 PCIe Wi-Fi - Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377. If I need anything else, I'll let you know. I'm hoping someone can assist me. Thanks, Edited May 23, 2020 by SMRYogesh
Can't improve the CPU or GPU. Consider upgrading the SSD if desired. It's important to identify compatible drive types first.
Do you want to confirm if SATA/M.2 PCIe is what you're looking for?
Visit the provided link to ensure compatibility with your setup. You can purchase from there or locate alternative RAM/SSD options matching the same specifications from other brands. Notice that 2.5” drives are listed, but there’s no confirmation they’re supported—opt for an M.2 drive instead.
