It depends on your motherboard supporting XMP. If it does, you should be fine.

Technically, DDR4 RAM's standard rate is 2133 MHz. To achieve the rated speed, enable XMP/DOCP settings, or manually set the timings. The simplest option is XMP or DOCP.

Default speed is set to 3200MHz for RAM modules, but the frequency was reduced likely due to CPU constraints.
