Intelburn for CPU using 10 passes and extreme FurMark test on GPU (you can also get gpu_test) for 25-30 minutes. Then run a MemTest for RAM and verify the SSD's SMART status. There are many other tasks you could perform, but it mainly depends on what issues arise.
