I possess my father's previous smartphone, an LG model. It won't power on, but I’m considering switching its operating system. Is there a Linux distribution suitable for ARM devices? I’m unsure if Android is the only option or if there are alternatives for commercial use. If possible, downloading it would be advisable.

You can operate Linux alongside Android. One option is to set up a custom ROM. The XDA forum is an excellent resource for this.

Android runs on Linux. I believe Ubuntu versions work well on very basic smartphones.

I actually didn't realize that, I assumed Android was its own separate system.

Android runs on the Linux Kernel, meaning technically an Ubuntu version could work on your phone. But without the source code for hardware components like Wi-Fi, camera, Bluetooth, and sensors, the device will be limited. It’s better to identify your phone model and check XDA-Developers for custom ROMs, which might let you use it as a dedicated Spotify player.

Combining gasoline and a match creates a spark, which can ignite the fuel for combustion.

It functions perfectly every time! /s I tested it on my phone, reinserted the battery, and it restarted smoothly! (Don’t worry, I did burn one too—still no big deal.)
