I observed it. How do I determine the layout of my motherboard? If it uses T-configuration, there shouldn’t be any variation between 4x8 and 2x16. If it’s a daisy chain setup, it’s better to opt for 2x16. I looked through the manual and they suggest using A2 and B2 settings.

Ordering a 2x16GB likely works, though it could be a dual-rank stick which might impact the device's top speed. Talking about DDR4 memory channels and ranks on YouTube is useful, but dual-rank sticks often get a performance boost that can offset any slowdown.
