Hello there. I'm planning to assemble a gaming PC for my friend who mainly plays Apex Legends and wants smooth performance at reasonable settings. I've put together this configuration and would appreciate some advice.
Regarding the graphics card, I initially considered a 3060 but am uncertain if upgrading to a 4070 is worthwhile—it's nearly double the cost.
For the CPU, I'm thinking about increasing it slightly since he's on a tight budget and every bit helps.

Could there be issues with using a X570 motherboard? You pointed out the B850 recommendation—I’m not sure about the differences.
