Consider building a custom AdviceRX 9060 XT setup.
€1200 budget for purchase.
We’re working with a German teenager who occasionally joins our Discord (Delta Force). He uses a laptop and sometimes needs help. The power supply is under budget but could be improved; he requires Wi-Fi. I’m considering upgrading to a 16GB model if the PSU stays under €400, otherwise I’d switch to a 750W PSU and add an RX 7700 XT.

Don't require the ID-COOLING FROZN A620 for cooling 7500f. Opt for Deepcool AG500 and purchase a superior fan to swap in place of the original, then position the old fan behind the case to expel heat.
I would swap that power supply.
GD is a reduced version of GM with warranty cut in half and inferior internal parts:
don’t save money on it and opt for this instead:
https://geizhals.de/fsp-vita-gm-850w-atx...at&hloc=de
the cost difference between the 650W and 850W Vita GM models is just 7 dollars, so there’s no need to choose the 650W version with limited upgrade options.
I just saw that FSP psu only has a 5 year warranty =/
What about this one?

Another choice, though not the best, could be switching to the Ryzen 8400f. It seems significantly more affordable and might be a better fit later on. Particularly when paired with an 9060xt, I think it would work well. Just another possibility.
there are 2 version of this unit (i bet it is a lottery which one gets shipped to you)
there is even a confusion as to which OEM makes it ,
but there are 2 options and neither of them is good .
best case scenario you will get a cut down GF A3 .
personally i would avoid these PSUs especially considering
you are already at 80
€
with this unit .
just pay those less than 20€ extra and get an A tier psu .
if i was absolutely forced to use a cheap power supply in the past in budget builds
this was my go to unit before 3.0 era:
https://geizhals.de/adata-xpg-pylon-750w...at&hloc=de
here is a review -
https://www.techpowerup.com/review/adata...0-w/3.html
it can deliver more than 1000w before shutting down
and it has decent enough build quality overall for a 50Є unit .
of course i always explained to the end user that this psu is not fully recommended
and make sure that he understands we are cutting down the cost on his "orders" .
that being said i never had one failling on me yet .
i would still get 7500f over 8400f , it is faster in both single and multithread performance
and it has pcie 5.0 connectivity and 24 usable pcie 5.0 lanes instead of pcie 4.0 and 16 lanes on 8400f
it also has 32mb of L3 cache instead of 16mb and it boosts higher out of the box
(with PBO enabled it is basically ryzen 7600x(f) )
This leaves the kid roughly €400 for a gpu ... that works ^^

9060xt 16gb is a solid choice—better FSR and RT, reduced power use, more VRAM, and similar rasterization performance.
Spending nearly 400 in on an older mid-tier card isn’t worth it in my view. At that point I’d be hunting for a used RTX 4070.
